Terms of service

 

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the website www.campandwave.de (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”) between us as the provider and our customers (hereinafter “customer”, “you”).

3.1. The presentation of products and services on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer.

3.2. The customer makes a binding offer by completing the ordering process and submitting the order by clicking the “Buy Now” button. We will confirm receipt of the offer immediately via email. A contract is only concluded when we explicitly accept the offer, either through a further confirmation email or by shipping the goods.

 

4.1. All prices stated are final prices and include statutory VAT.

4.2. The customer may choose from the available payment methods. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise agreed.

 

5.1. Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

5.2. The delivery time is usually 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. We accept no liability for delivery delays beyond our control (e.g., due to force majeure or unforeseeable events).

 

6.1. Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the customer or a third party named by the customer took possession of the goods.

6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us,

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by email or post) of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

7.1. The statutory warranty rights apply.

7.2. If the delivered goods are defective, the customer may choose between repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible or fails, the customer may reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

 

8.1. We are liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

 

9.1. The protection of our customers’ personal data is important to us. Information on how we handle your data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

 

10.1. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

10.2. Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that comes closest to the economic intent of the invalid provision.
